CROW CONSTRUCTION INVESTS IN SCHOOL COUNTS

MORRILTON, AR - Crow Construction announced that they will invest $25,000 in the Conway County School Counts! initiative to help them kick off their campaign to expand services to more students in Conway County.  

Crow Construction Business Development Officer Morgan Zimmerman said, "We believe it’s important to support education and to do it in a way that introduces our students to opportunities to use that education to live and work right here in our community.  The goals of this program perfectly align with our goals as a major employer in Conway County.  We are excited to support education and economic growth in our community".

ROHLMAN APPOINTED TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD

MORRILTON, AR - Crow Construction President Brian Rohlman has been appointed to serve a one-year term on the Conway County Economic Development Corporation Board.  The 15 member board serves under the direction of the President and CEO of the CCEDC to help promote economic development in Morrilton and the surrounding area.

Rohlman said, "I'm excited to have the chance to serve on the CCEDC board and I hope I can be a valuable resource to help advance economic vitality in our community".  In addition to his board seat, he will serve on the Infrastructure and Property committee.

VALESKI JOINS PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM AT CROW CONSTRUCTION

MORRILTON, AR – Jon Valeski has joined Crow Construction as a Project Manager specializing in Industrial Construction Services.

Valeski brings more than 36 years of experience working in construction with him to Crow Construction.  He will manage industrial construction projects for the company.  Crow Construction President Brian Rohlman said, “We are excited to have Jon on our team.  His level of experience will bring exceptional value to our industrial clients”.

WATKINS JOINS CROW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM

MORRILTON, AR – David Watkins of Morrilton has joined Crow Construction as the newest member of the project management team.

Watkins is a licensed professional landscape architect and brings more than 12 years of design experience with him to Crow Construction.  He most recently worked as a project manager for McClelland Engineers in Little Rock.  Crow Construction President Brian Rohlman said, “David has an exceptional eye for design and his experience in this area will allow us to expand the design-build services we can offer to our clients.  We are very excited to have him on board”.

BAKER TO BE NEW SAFETY DIRECTOR AT CROW CONSTRUCTION

MORRILTON, AR – Brandon Baker of Morrilton has joined the team at Crow Construction as Safety Director.

Baker brings more than 10 years of experience working in safety with him to Crow Construction.  He will manage current safety programs and new safety initiatives for the company.  Crow Construction President Brian Rohlman said, “Safety always has to be a priority in our industry.  We are excited about the experience that Mr. Baker is bringing to our team and we look forward to him growing our safety program to be one of the best in the nation”.

JAYPAC ASPHALT RIBBON CUTTING AND GRAND RE-OPENING

MORRILTON, AR – Jay-Pac Asphalt in Plumerville celebrated its grand-reopening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Thursday, November 9.  

Jay-Pac Asphalt has been in operation in Plumerville since 2001.  It was acquired by Mike and Suzan Miller of Hattieville in 2014 along with Crow Paving, Inc.  In 2017, the Miller’s invested $5 million in a new, state-of-the-art Astec asphalt plant.  The investment tripled production for Jay-Pac and created close to 30 jobs from plant operation to transportation and application.
